the deal is Westbrook for Dunn (not fully confirmed, but confident). I'm guessing both sides are trying to find a 3rd team to take Russ, but I'm also guessing there is some sort of agreement in place if they cant find that team they will just trade him to Utah w/ a second rounder and Utah will waive him.
