The guy has become one of the most efficient offensive players in the NBA, that's even in a year that stats declined as their offense changed away from him as much.

Do you watch the playoffs? Your right he is the most consistent starting player that consistently chokes when it matters. He's not consistent at all. He plays in the garbage Eastern Conference, and does mediocre. And when they get in the post season he shows his true colors.

Honestly, only if Rubio told us "nope, not re-signing, have a nice life, get me outta here, kthnbye!" Otherwise, Lowry gives us nothing production wise over Rubio.

You make the 2018 pick and then trade that player's rights. So you're not trading away draft picks in successive years. You're trading a player and a draft pick. Unless that loophole was closed in the 2017 CBA.
