Crazy that the kid from Community turned out to be a decent rapper who turned out to be an even better R&B/Funk/Rock vocalist.

Just when I was about to give up on 2016 Angel Olsen comes in and changes everything.

Too much attention, and patience needed for some to appreciate what she did here, but this video is epic musically and visually. Take a slow build to get what turns into
a Fleetwood Mac beautiful freak out at the end. God took in 2016, but he also gave us an Angel....

This latest Run the Jewels album is really, really, really well-done. I hate to jump to conclusions too early after a release but this has alot of the fingerprints of a 5-star album. (been rating albums on the 5-star system since my early teenage years and I'm very particular bout the 5-stars..)

this is also the intro track, which stacks up vs many of the GOAT intro's/1st tracks in rap IMO, up there with Blaq Poet's "I-Gititin" (a personal favorite of mine) and Jay-Z on the Dynasty; Roc La Familia intro(and the Ruler's back), Jeezy's Thug Motivation 101(and the recession intro), Common's "Be" Cunninlynguists "Lynguistics" and OFC Ludacris' Southern Fried Intro, DMX's 'It's dark and hell is hot intro', Cam'ron's Killa Cam intro and the Clipse intro on Lord Willin' and Nas' Stillmatic, J. Common's 2005 album 'Be' is one of the best rap albums from the 2000's, I replay it more than most. This is a J Dilla beat.
