I have no clue who the last ten teams will be, but I do know they will be pulling a train on Handlotion's mom.
 
Hmm... Right now, it probably looks like this. Spurs are going to be gaming the league to lose. Jazz may be able to duck the Pistons, but it's going to take some work.

A part of me feels that this team will significantly overperform to the chagrin of management and threaten to make the playoffs.
I saw a breakdown in which the Jazz may have the best offense in the league (the 3 point shooting will be glorious), but the D could be dead last.
