Yes but often they do the kick part to a fault. 3s aren't falling and someone drives, Gobert or someone else is open or in a good position in the paint, or even the driver is nearly at the rim (Donovan did this last game) and they turn and fire a rocket pass back to the 3 pt line. If the drive sets up a good shot at the rim they need to take it, not just robotically throw it back out. That partly explains them missing Gobert 17 times in one game. Last game Donovan was literally at the rim, had a simple lefty layup, but he kicked it out in mid-air and hit bogey for a 3 he then missed. They kick to a fault and it has bitten them more then a few times this season.What? Quin's offense is very creative and diverse. It's not just shot chucking. They are generating a ton of open looks off driving, and not just one or two main guys driving, the entire team drives to make open shots for others.
