Actually, I have a policy of "plausible deniability" with regard to the comments I make about my wife. Whichever one is taking it seriously, I tell them "not you. . . . "

As long as I can maintain that I write fiction, and make that claim credible, I can say anything I want about my wife, or anybody else's wife, for that matter.

It made me look like a prophet, though. There I was talking about his post before he posted it, even quoting it. To be able to do a quote before something is posted is uncanny.
