Looking at the 6 teams the jazz have played so far, just how good are the jazz really?

kings. 3-2

WCS finally starting to play to his potential Fox is looking like a stud, and Hield looks good. They are playing better then anyone expected

GS 7-1

Clearly still the best team the jazz controlled most of the game but struggled to score in the fourth, lost by one to a tip in.

Memphis 3-2

Lots of people scoffed at me predicting they’d be a playoff team. They have a good mix of vet allstar caliber players in Conley Gasol and and Jackson looks like a future stud, a stretch 4 that plays defense. This isn’t the same crappy team we all saw last year

Rockets 1-4

They aren’t as good as they were last year for obvious reasons. Were we lucky CP3 wasn’t available for this game

NO. 4-1

We handed them their first loss though AD was missing we blew them out as we should’ve. Leagues highest scoring team in nba.

Mavericks 2-4

Mavericks are a young improving team, but this game was too close for comfort for most of the game, Doncic looks like a future stud Smith JR has all the talent in the world can he figure out the mental game, and not be his own worst enemy?

We beat a much improved Kings team, gave NO their first loss. At the time that we lost to Memphis it looked like a terrible loss, we didn’t shoot well, but they are better then most thought like the Kings. Even though the Rox appear to be worse, they should still be top 4 at worst, and still a great team even without CP3.

Looking at the 6 games this is no easy start to the season, with Dallas looking like the only sure win, unless you count NO. a sure win without AD, and the GS game is the one that we lost but should’ve won, we are a 5-1 team if not for a lucky tip in from a player we let walk.

So, the question is judging from the first 6 games how good is this team?

We've got a strong team again this year, probably better than last year. But to beat the Warriors in a 7 game series? A minor miracle! They just have the smartest team in the league coupled with the best shooters in the league by a mile! We can give them a run for there money, but in the end, GS is by far the superior team in the entire NBA.

Ok you idiot!! I didn’t ask how good we were relative to if we we could beat GS

We've done it with Ricky mostly playing like ****, Donovan playing relatively pedestrian, Favors under-delivering, Joe hungover half the time, and Rudy straight up dominating. I think they'll all be at least as good as last year though.

The difference will probably be our bench. I think the G.S. game is the best indicator of who we are, one of the best teams in the NBA.

Jesus, I just had a Ty Corbin flashback as I typed that last sentence.

We have no idea at this point, particularly after beating Houston and NO while there were shorthanded.

I think we are 4 and 2.

I don't know why, but the Jazz have figured out how to play road games. I think they'll win 30 games on the road this year.
