Having Talent and playing as a team wins in the NBA. Any team is stupid if they don't take the best talent available. If Millsap or any player is going to complain about their role then do we really want them on the team? If Kanter is the best guy then you have to take him. The coach's job is to figure out how to make it work. The GM's job is to bring in the best talent.
I think Favors can play both positions just like Kanter can. Having a rotation of AJ, Favors, Millsap and Kanter or Williams would be awesome. The Jazz are protected if one of the guy's gets hurt or they want a big contract or if they get all "Diva" and complain about their role, the Jazz can just bench the player or they can trade the player to improve a weaker position. My whole point is that the Jazz are in a very good position and they need to make sure they don't screw it up by passing on the BPA, no matter who it is or what position the player plays.
