Milt Palacio in the news...

If he raided the NBAPA dental plan would have been more believable - dudes teeth were jacked up.

Tony Allen is a surprise - always seemed like a stand up dude.

And Christ he made over 40 mil in the NBA. ****ing pathetic.

Rotfl. Scrolling down the list with the last name being Moon. God that dude was an idiot, couldn’t understand why he was on tv so much for a while, wonder if this is why we don’t see him anymore, holy **** his takes were so annoying, and the way he kissed LBJ’s *** was embarrassing

All you mfers out there who steal paper clips and post-it notes from your office, you've been put on notice. Hell hath no fury like a stapler stolen.

A lot of those names were known crappy guys. Though a few were surprising to see: Shannon Brown (he would play pickup at the 24 Hour Fitness on La Cienega and La Brea in L.A. and I was told by a few people he was a decent guy), Chris Douglas Roberts (he had a scholarship fund which was cool - I liked his game), and it's weird to see Milt's name there as he's an NBA assistant coach and seemed low-key when he played for us.

What'd they do? Fake injuries?
The indictment says that former NBA player Terrence Williams “orchestrated” a plan to submit false claims to the NBA’s Health and Welfare Benefit Plan. Williams allegedly offered to supply false invoices from a group of former players in exchange for kickback payments to Williams

All told, the indictment says Williams was paid at least $230,000 in kickbacks from 10 other players. The players involved and some of their relatives submitted approximately $3.9 million in fraudulent claims and actually received $2.5 million in fraudulent payments.

The more money they get, the more entitled they feel to any money they want.

Was a fan of Eddie (ERob) Robinson in 03-04. Athletic guy, headcase who couldn't do much else but finish. He played for our DLeague affiliate Idaho Stampede in 2007. Remember when Chicago signed him to a big deal at the time thinking he was going to become a superstar.

Even NBA 2k thought he was going to be a star. Rated him like 86 in 2k2 based solely off potential.

Ruben Patterson isn't a shock, he's a scumbag rapist and wife beater, and should have been banned for life. He probably would be these days, a shame it didn't matter that much in the early aughts.
