Is there anyone even in the jazz organization that has any experience firing a coach. If you think about it when was the last time a jazz head coach was fired?? My god!! I even think Frank left at his own accord!!

it has to be 30 to 35 years since the last firing of a head coach. Anyone know when and who. Rep for who gives the answer.

There had been 7 head coaches, Scotty Robertson must have been fired in 1974. So it's been almost 40 years.

Nissalke was the last coach the Jazz fired. And that was 1981.
 
We already knew there was a good chance he was coming back.

I still think it's about 60-40 that he stays(if we miss the playoffs). But I also don't think he's as safe as some people do.
There will certainly be some people in the FO that think he should be let go. Let's hope they win out.
