He's entitled to his opinions, no matter how racist and despicable they might be. And America was built upon the government not having the right to unlawfully seize your property. I think the same protection should be applied to the quasi-dictatorship that is the NBA (or NFL or MLB). Doesn't matter whether the sales price is $2B or $1.00.
