Didn't think I said there is a stat tracking injuries on QB sneaks. Cool thing is that there doesn't need to be one. I just watch a lot of football and pay extra attention to the QB sneak and never ever see a QB injured due to the QB sneak. It is much safer than dropping back in the pocket and having guys come at you full speed unseen and blast you standing upright, stretched out and unprepared.

This is another thing I encourage you to watch for this season. As you watch football this season pay attention to the success rate of the QB sneak (and the lack of success when the QB sneak isn't used) and also pay attention to any QB injuries and how they happen.
I will guarantee you that almost all QB injuries will happen on non QB sneak plays. I would even bet that you won't see a single injury to a QB on a QB sneak.

So why not just do a tush push then?

I’m heavily against the tush push by the way, it’s an ugly stain on our game and the reason the Eagles was able to cheat their way to winning it last year.

It’s an ugly style of football imo.

Tush push is a QB sneak. And yes it's extremely effective like all QB sneaks are. Which is my point.
Every team at all levels of football should be doing way more QB sneaks and I have a hard time understanding why they don't with all the statistical data and analytics available to the coaches. Boggles my mind.

Well you said “Rodgers is old and meh”.

Rodgers was probably the best QB in week 1 if it wasn’t for Josh Allen’s superhuman performance.. lol..

I told you guys we have a plan and it’s working out beautifully.

1) You must prematurely ejaculate.
2) We can’t park revisit this after the season, not after one game.
3) Daniel Jones and Justin Herbert played better. Some others arguably did as well.

My favorite QB in the league plays for my least liked team and I can't stand the QB for my favorite team who could likely be their QB for a long time.

I'm in a weird place with the NFL right now.

Do tell. I'm super curious.
Fwiw I don't have a favorite team and therefore am almost never critical about someone else's favorites and least favorites. (I just root for me fantasy players)

Speaking of fantasy. My running backs are no bueno, receivers are amazing, tight end is above average (I think) and qb's are ok.

Baker Mayfield
Kyler murray (can start 2 qb's in my league)
Alvin Kamara
David Montgomery
Puka Nacua
Justin Jefferson
Deebo Samuel
TJ Hockensen

Not gonna list my bench and I change defense almost every week. Kicker is chiefs kicker.

I won week 1 by a bunch and I'm barely projected to win week 2.

My favorite team is the Bears and Caleb Williams just rubs me the wrong way. I really couldn't stand him at USC, but thought I would change my mind once he got in a Bears uniform. It just hasn't happened, instead I find my self rooting against him.

I'm a Utah State Alumni and so I'm a big Jordan Love fan, but as a Bears fan I feel icky cheering for a Green Bay player.

Makes complete sense.
Through 2 games green bay looks like the best team in the league.
Dominated 2 of the thought to be top teams in the nfc

Williams is looking promising.. he does need to work on consistency though. Talent is there he just needs to put it together.

Lmao. He’s literally dead last or just about dead last in most advanced qb metrics. He does not look promising.

The only hope is that Johnson’s system is so complex (which it is) and that that explains some of his issues in week one.

And just as a taste since I know you won’t believe and are clueless when it comes to American football. PFF has many advanced measures of data for qb’s. One of them is off target throws. Last year, Caleb was dead last with 21+% of his throws being off target. In week one he was at 25+%.

Only saw 3 QB sneaks attempted in the first games. 2 were successful and one unsuccessful (caleb williams was the unsuccessful one). One of the successful ones was the game winning touchdown (Jake browning for the Bengals)
