I have no idea how you can hold on, but here's two slightly positive takes.
Some highway patrolman who picked me up out of my wreck in the desert some years ago didn't mind me babbling all the way to the hospital. When I apologized for it, he told me that the biggest danger after a wreck is the person going into shock, and said it must help to talk. He said he'd never seen anyone go into shock while talking, and theorized that it's good for us. Some UHP officer with the mind of Einstein I think. Keep talking, bro.
A small cancer in the intestines. usually slow growing, takes years to get noticed. Your wife's prospects are actually pretty good. Highly treatable, with a high cure rate, I think. But better check with the Doc, since I don't have much info about this case.
I should go get myself scoped.
Call it a blessing it was found so early, and thank God for that rear-end collision. It could actually turn out to have given her years of good life.
uhhhmmm..... whatever.... just keep talkin'.
prayers for you, bro.
