There was a time... Not too long ago...

When we had a coach, a PG, and an offense that was actually enjoyable to watch and we were competitive in the playoffs. I can't wait until after this summer and we get back to what makes Jazz basketball great. Look at the cuts, the points in the paint, and how (little) we stand around watching our big man go 1 on 1 or our PG chuck up a 3 from 5 feet behind the line.

Lol at Boozer guarding Yao. How the **** did we win that series? They should've just kept going at Yao.
Their coach must have sucked.

EDIT- Then again, we used to have 5 starters who were all above average to elite passers.

You're being too optimistic... we're stuck with Ty for at least 1 more year.

Boozers couldn't stop Yao. Then again, he couldn't stop boozer. Look at our offense. Look at how we can get the ball into the paint. The only time we ever look close to this is when kanter, favors, junkyard dog, burks, and tinsley are in.

Check out game 7. Boozer was in beast mode that game.

Deron and Booz were possessed by the ghosts of St. John and Mailman in this name. Boozer simply dominated and deron controlled the game. Probably our proudest moment since... Well, since the previous time we sent Houston home on vacation. What an awesome game. Great memories. We really need to get back to the p&r and moving the hell out of that rock. No more Big Al isos. He isn't shaq.

Wow, those Rockets commentators were damn whiny.

...nice to see Klinko moving without the ball and without that pathetic tattoo on his back the size of a 19 inch television screen!

The real history of not too long ago.

The Jazz mightily struggled to get out of the first round of the playoffs against Houston, who might have won if not for T-Mac's first round curse. Then, the 5th seeded Jazz got one of the luckiest brakes in franchise history because the 8th seeded warriors beat the 1st seeded Mavericks. The Jazz pulled out a win for the series before facing the dreaded Spurs, who put a pretty good whoopin' on the Jazz and make it look like we didn't belong in the WCF. Meanwhile, back on the ranch, Jazz fans were crying about how that's as far as we could ever expect a team with cry-baby Kirilenko, ole-defense Boozer and Memo Slowkur to ever go.

We may have been the 4 seed but we actually had the 6th best record in the west that year. Making it to the Conf finals was pretty cool.

This is so true. So many fans did nothing but complain about this team and how they would never compete for a title as constructed. How the Jazz never took chances to "get over the top". Now we look back at how fun and good that team was? LOL.

Some time you just have to enjoy what is in front of you because you might not know how good you have it or what the future holds. It seems that is something a lot of Jazz fans are incapable of.
