Pretty sure the Jazz probably have handshake deals with their SL guys in place that they will pay them to be on the SL team also when they sign on with the Stars. Would explain why recently we have gotten 0 of the big name undrafted guys in.

Jazz really only have 2-way spots available on their roster. Even if Hayward and Hill and Ingles leave, it's likely Lindsey would go after NBA FA's, not undrafted players. It's not surprising Utah is not getting much talent to play on their summer league team.
