There wouldn't be a legal battle unless Trump has some sort of evidence that Obama's mother wasn't a US citizen AND that Obama wasn't really born in the US.

Worst that could happen is that he broke some obscure law governing what kind of tuition he was eligible for.

Yeah, I thought the dude on msnbc challenging Romney's son to a fight was really unfridiculous (not-freaking-ridiculous).
