Lauri the best player on the court.
He should have trade suitors if he keeps this up. On an all star trajectory.

Kessler just leveled up this season, and in so many facets. Free throw shooting, dribbling, passing, finishing at the rim, 3-point shooting... Walker looks like he can end up being a top-7 center at some point.

Hendricks hasn't been a factor offensively, similar to last game against the Kings. Teams that rotate and switch well force players to put the ball down and create off the dribble.

Bench really let Sums back into game too easily. Nice to see Ace nailing few threes.

It's wild how much different Jazz offense looks with the ball stoppers gone. It's also very obvious jazz runs more the playbook from Lauri's all star season again. If he keeps making shots it's gonna gain interest

By today's standards, Keyonte is a barely adequate point guard, not much more. I still prefer him in an off-ball role not trying to force things and just being free to score.

But I agree, Lauri is the type of trade they should be making right now. They have the assets, Lauri is available, and he would level the spurs up big time.

But is there any sense to trade Lauri and Kessler if Jazz are play in / playoff hunt lets say in January / February.

In my opinion he didn't play so good in Eurobasket vs Georgia ( quarterfinal ) Germany ( semifinal ) and Greece ( bronze game ) when susijengi needed him most.

Spurs are already paying for Fox and Wemby's extension is coming some point too.
If Spurs have to pay 3 allstar players ( Fox, Lauri and Wemby ) that's about 50-55% of entire cap-space so they cannot extend their new rookie contracts ( Castle and Harper ) in that situation.

I'd hope we would be getting Castle or Harper back in any deal. Otherwise, what is the point?

he had injuries to his wrist and calf
