I'm not seeing a lot of guys jumping in to the top 9 in mock drafts, so the intel seems pretty strong that the top 9 are the top 9.

For me personally I'm liking the guys projected in the 10-15 range more than I am the 5-9 range. Maybe there is a front office out there that feels like me and would rather have pick someone else, but isn't able to execute a trade. Like Cy said, there is always a surprise.
