The mainstream media definitely favors the neoliberals over the progressives. Thank you for your example of the clear centrist bias in the media.

What they are protecting is not the interests of centrists and moderates. Its the establishment elites. Its the corporate war machine they are protecting.

I label them as left leaning and smear them. But that is because they have fools who are progressive that support them. Those fools don't understand what they are supporting. So they are connected. I know that they truly don't represent true progressives. Alot of progressives dont even see what is happening. My beef is more to do with idiots letting them get away with this, rather than progressive policies themselves. I actually could get behind paid education and medical if the numbers make sense.

I dont understand how you can admit that they willingly undermine our political system and report fake news , but you dont see it as a probIem. Im trying to be on your side and help you. Im trying to point out what is hurting your cause, but you turn that into something else. You turn it into Im being an ***. But factually Im correct. Its fake news. The president is correct. Its fake news. You cant spin this as anything else. They are manipulating the truth to benefit the people paying them. Its not real news. Its a sham. This is not good, and not ok. Its not ok that Andrew Yang and Bernie Sanders are what the left really wants but they are getting screwed. Im not ok with that. Its weird that I care more than the people its hurting.

Trump is the only man willing to stand up to it. Thats why I support him. Surely it has to make sense on some level that if he is opposed to them, and they lie about all sorts of things, then what they say about him has to be lies on some level. Or at least blown out of proportion. He is hurting them. They dont like it. They are retaliating and convincing the people to do it too. Fortunately a lot of people aren't falling for it. Unfortunately, there are many who are falling for it.

I don't? If you stop telling the lie that the broadcast media/CNN are biased left, you might be surprised how much agree on the danger of their propagandistic tendencies. I think "fake" is a little too far, but biased is definitely not.

I have not actually followed very closely the Democratic race for the nomination. As yet, or at least not as much as some here. And I am not at all familiar with Yang. I found the article very revealing, frankly. And I do get it, in the sense that we can expect this. I think in the case of Morning Joe, that Scarborough believes Biden has the best chance to beat Trump.

Sounds like Yang has a case, very much so really. It's not fair, and we all know life is not fair at times. He should not be treated as an afterthought, or lobbed dumb questions. I don't like it. At the same time, I am in the camp whose priority is a candidate with the best chance of beating Trump. I have no real idea who that is at the moment. It won't be easy unseating Donald Trump.

We may disagree on how we define "fake news", though. For myself, fake news is simply untruths presented as fact. Like the "biggest inauguration crowd in history", or "Ukraine, not Russia, interfered in the 2016 election". The Yang thing seems more like an inexcusable bias.

I’m glad that you acknowledge the bias shown for certain candidates. Bias towards the more interventionist candidates in my view.
