They do a logo, hire twenty sharpie lawyers and a hundred paralegals who patrol the internet and highways looking for "actionable cases". The file suit, and drum up the case to be a multimillion issue, hoping the turkeys will settle for whatever they actually have.

Yep, I know several people that FOR A LIVING find actionable cases (stupid, but actionable) against others that have something to lose, but not enough to defend themselves. They'd rather give up what they've got than fight. I want to punch every one of these ******* in the testes.
