Without looking at it, there is absolutely no way to know. But it's good you got rid of that aluminum. That's one of the biggest mistakes in the industry.

I have a completely open and unfinished basement and an attic (at the time) that had two inches of insulation and was very open as well. I also have about 45 outlets in the house I am estimating. Could you give me a ballpark? I'm just curious.

Off the top of my head, very rough estimate, you would probably be looking at $4000 to $5000 including the new panel and meter.
