Those with power don’t have ideologies for their own minds. Ideologies are for people to follow and spend energy on made up causes. This is why practice usually never meets theory and structures based on ideologies get corrupted sooner or later.

Not true. Those with money are just people, and they work the same way as other people.

Billionares just care about advancing their money. It's how/why they became billionaires.

They aren't. They are either born into and their view of society is warped to an extreme amount or they have some kind of psychotic drive.

We arent talking about people with tens of millions, we are taking about people with thousands of millions.

This campaign actually roots back to days before his 2nd NBA spring. So I really appreciate what he has done with it to this day. He did not give up on it for his pro career and it turned out, well pretty darn well I might say considering Michelle Obama even tweets @ you which can be the highlight of almost all people’s internet experience.

very conservative Utah Republicans were able to get Mike Lee in as Utah senator by "primarying" out the privately-managed Republican elite selection. Gail Miller and Zion's Bank Pres. Anderson financed the ballot initiative to disable the "primary" route to public office for Republicans, meaning that we got "Utah" Senator Mitt Romney instead of Dr. Kennedy.

One thing about the locals here in Utah.... Republican or Democrat. . . . . it's elitism all the way, whichever party you choose. Pretty much "Mormon" elitism. The kind of people who pal around with the local committee on foreign relations, organized and promoted by someone I have a family connection with. And, yes.... I've worked for them, been neighbors with them, am related to them.

Damn..... I guess that means I could run for US Senate. Pres. Babe sounds great.

only thing is, I'd have to do all those paybacks to the folks who backed me.
