Sounds like a fun sexy time for them? What a weird situation.
Haha "pillow fart".....I think you mean pillow fort![]()
Pillow Fart would have made more sense.
The pillow fort is my #1 for all time Jazz Crazy stories.
Narrowly beating out Torrey Ellis, Officer Polynice, Drums on the Salt Flats, and Stockton's Halloween Brawl.
Honorable mention goes to Ostertag's ice bag bomb at Jerry's head.
Wright was to be paid US$153,000 per year for 25 full years
During a New Year's party in the early hours of 1989, Jazz fifth-round pick Bart Kofoed and starting guard Bobby Hansen got into a fight. Kofoed, known for being a tough player, broke the cheekbone of Hansen, who missed the next month of the season. According to Steve Luhm of the Salt Lake Tribune, following the... " incident then-general manager Dave Checketts cited a "...clause in his contract that requires him to act in good citizenship and good sportsmanship. For violation of that clause, we're going to terminate his contract because he struck one of his teammates and caused significant damage and damaged the team." Kofoed was released from the team two days after the incident."
Jeez 2 straight years of jazz rookies getting into trouble. Torrey Ellis and the next year pillow fort in Portland. What was Robert Whaley's name again?
I think this is the key to understanding the current Jazz culture, for a couple of years there it seemed like the Jazz were willing to overlook some of the character blemishes in their young players, draft picks, and end of bench guys. IMO the Torrey Ellis and Pillow Forts put an end to it. I believe that LHM told KOC to clean it up, and they have. So when you see things like the Jazz drafting Hayward instead of Paul George or Klay Thompson, blame the pillow forts.

Interesting post, but the last paragraph is garbage. What about Paul George made him different from Hayward and made Hayward a safer pick character wise?
Plus, Thompson did have the drug arrest, but he wasn't even on the board when the Jazz picked 12.
