Almost the exact same order I have except I flipped Brice and WCJ

I'm ranking them in order of my own perceived likelihood that they're a long-term piece here, not necessarily who's better for us on the court at this moment.

This feels really punitive towards Collier based on the season he had but 1) weird summer vibes and 2) moving up to snag another young PG on the heels of his rookie season signal to me he may not be long for Jazzland.

With all due respect to Kessler, this isn’t a knock on Kessler but he’s about to come off his rookie deal and get paid and for that reason he could get traded. With him about to get paid I don’t see how he’s even near the top.

As for Brice, I thought I’d put Filipowski ahead of Brice, but when I thought about it, I think both of their offensive games are on par but feel Brice’s defensive impact is greater than Kyle. Flip is that bad a defender so I had to put Brice ahead. Watching Flip defend bigs is like watching a 6-4 guard trying to body up a 7ft 260lb center. I’d 100% call flip a future Allstar if his defense wasn’t so bad.

I’ve seen enough of WCJ. He played solid defense and can shoot the hell out of the ball and see him as a lead guard.

Well I mean it says right in the thread title that it's a ranking of jazz players on rookie deals.
So you dropping Kessler so far down all because he was so good that he is gonna get paid well eventually is strange.
