Did we actually sign him for 5-years 102 mil? Damn steal. We will always have a chance to win games if he is on the team.

I love Gobert so much.

Wasn't it 5yr $92Mil with the rest as bonuses or KPIs? Either way what a STEAL! Biggest factor in Hayward signing on is the GOBERT FACTOR!

It was only 4 years not sure where I got 5 from. Doesn't change a thing though. He's still a major steal whether it's 20 mil a year or 25.

He's a flat out star. No way around it. You look at any type analytics and they all lead to the same conclusion. His value is huge. I'm glad we got him on draft day and signed him to an extension.

The block on the wcs dunk attempt and the block when the kings pg thought he had an easy layup (amazing recovery by rudy) doe.

Srsly. But to be honest, that **** is becoming par for the course. He is the most exciting Jazz player since D-Will.
And let's all take some time to reflect on the catch rudy made when Exum threw him a pass that was too hard and too high and way behind him that he corralled and then drew a foul.

And we must also ponder the catch he made (in overtime iirc) that was way behind him so he simply snagged it and brought it behind his back while going through traffic at full speed in the paint and also drew a foul on that play too.

And let us also strike the air balled free throw from our minds and instead deliberate about the 10% improvement from the free throw line that he has made from last year to this year.

And not to mention forcing the turnover off Collison with 3.3s left in the 4th. Instead of Kings having a good chance to get a shot off, we nearly win it on Hill's floater.

I'd like to share my testimony...

Gobert is the best! I pledge my undying love and affection for him now and forever... no homo.

All things considered, maybe my favorite Jazz player ever. (Stockton was a dick, Malone was a monster in a pretty literal and not cool way.)
