What's new

Ryan Anderson

I know Mudiay is playing well right now but I can't help but wonder if he's actually helping the team or just putting up stats. His usage rate is crazy high right now and he always just seems to want to go one on one. He's not really running Quins offense right now and we have very little ball movement with him dominating the ball. He's giving us scoring but I don't feel he's looking to pass enough or making his teammates better.
Mudiay and Joe is oil and water. People keep mentioning how big of a loss Favors is in the context of Joe, but the bigger issue is Joe’s always had a top-shelf PnRoller which utilizes all of his best attributes.

The simple reality here is the bench isn’t good enough and **** needs to change. I don’t know what it is, because Royce off the bench kind of wastes his skill-set (although it is probably less of a waste than what Joe has been losing).

It's tough to argue he's the problem because he has produced and... he has had a positive +/- in every game he's played, except the Memphis game. I think it's more on the other non-passers who aren't producing.

I think it corrects itself a little. There isn't any easy answer... I wouldn't touch the starting lineup and agree on Royce.

Windhorst said he got hurt at the Lakers tryout, but said he's healthy now... it was a correction so I'm sure he heard from Noah's agent... which would lead me to believe he's ready and wants to be signed... somewhere.
I think the Jazz need to cut Niang and use the remainder of the period that Davis is injured to see if they can find a player that can set a pick then be a threat because that’s obviously important for Joe if he’s going to keep coming off the bench (which I’m still generally supportive of, at least if this can be addressed). If that’s Anderson, cool. If that’s Noah, cool. Right now the Jazz have dick in that regard and it’s screwing everything up.

Last night the GLeague team looked really, really good putting a whipping on a 3-1 team on the road. Might be time to give Oni, Brantley, JWF, NWG and Kidd some real minutes in the show.

Just looked at some lineup data... I think it is primarily a Tony Bradley, Niang problem... one issue has been corrected... the other will be a struggle until Ed gets back.

If you have a big who doesn't know what he's doing and can't hurt you with the ball in his hands or outside of 2 feet it really messes **** up. Tony's numbers are inflated by his garbage time production early. If he continues to suck it will be pretty obvious he is the biggest issue.

Green fading in and out is an issue... Mudiay having tunnel vision is an issue... the biggest current issue is Bradley. Poor man's Aldridge needs to show up or go visit the stars (I am also saying all of this in an effort to reverse jinx Bradley and get blasted by all the Tony believers... I willingly accept my fate if it means he gives us good minutes.)

One word. Dante.

Get ready for the Joe and Dante show.

I don't think Joe holding Dante up "Weekend at Bernies" style will help his shooting doe!

this I would love to have Neto instead of Mudiay.

Can someone give me a basketball reason to not cut Niang and try out some borderline-washed vets? I cannot believe any of Anderson, Noah, or Booker could be less athletic or just... I don't know... turd-y.
