Because teams don't really care about character, they care about PR and ticket sales. So they take a chance that the rumors won't lead to anything else and when it does they cut ties to try to show they care about character and maintain those sweet sweet ticket sales.

Well egg on my face. I thought John Lucas was supposed to be a knucklehead whisperer, but seems like KPJ might be a hopeless case. He really might not get another NBA shot.
 
If this did happen, that is a big "if" because history sure thinks so, he needs to be in prison for a long long time.

1) It’s not only this DV/arrest charge. To act as if this is the only red flag is disingenuous.
2) Miles Bridges. Show some respect to Mikal.
 
He will be waived soon and we can just sign him for free!!!
