Steps to playoffs again

1. Get 2-3 shooters, preferably 1 being a starting SF
2. Trade Big Al for a PG or picks or wing scorer
3. If no PG yet, get Marshall thru the draft
4. Get another wing defender. Carroll seems like 1 to me
5. Back up big man
6. Let go of Miles, Howard. Trade Watson for anything

we dont really need shooters.
the offense needs to be designed for shooters.

look at san antonio spurs most shots are spot up feet set kinda shots when they are wide open.
or they step into the shot like bonner.
so if you design the offense that way practice it a lot.
and let those players hit 1000 shots a day< with someone passing them the ball.
it will be just like the spurs

The only wing player on SA who isn't a natural shooter is Leonard. Everyone else is a damn good shooter, even their PF's.
