What's new

Tag is back!

Let's see. . . . . what have the Jazz got now. . . . .?

They can play ball for one quarter, maybe almost two. . . . Opponents can score uncontested from every corner of the floor, and the Jazz throw the ball away on one in three touches.

yep. Corbin knows his stuff, he thinks. . . . . but this is no time for him to laugh at anyone.

Del Harris is the coach.

Who knows what is motivating the comeback, but at least he's being somewhat realistic about it and knows it is a long-shot that anything will come of it. I don't blame Ty for laughing cuz it's a darn funny story. :D

Better article here:

"Jerry [Sloan] and I used to butt heads all the time and I thought he was getting on me because he needed somebody to get on. Now I look back on the things he said to me and they’re all making sense…

I love Jerry to death. He was old school. I played with two of the best to ever step on the floor, and I was the one taking the brunt when things were going bad. I thought he was just picking on me, and I understand it now. "

Funny how things turn out. Greg and Jerry did, as he put it, butt heads all the time, but now they go hunting together and Tag was one of the first people Jerry called when he decided to resign in February.

It strange that he misses basketball so much. He didn't seem to take it too seriously when he was with us.

At first, with the beard and everything, I could have sworn that was my sister-in-law.

...from what little I saw the first two games....Tag would be a major improvement in skill and basketball brains on THIS Jazz team!
