Wow, CNN is pushing that Biden should step aside, that this debate was abysmal.

I thought Biden did better (lasted longer, and responses) than what I thought was going to happen.

Interesting to see what is going to happen by the convention.
 
Maybe the worst single debate of my lifetime. Just terrible ****. Biden acting every bit the senile grandpa. Trump lying when the truth would be easier and sound better. Just a terrible thing all around. My God, this is what we've fallen to as a nation? The debate between Leonard and Magnitude far outclassed this steaming pile of human excrement.

That’s why I didn’t think it was a realistic probability. But I don’t know. There will be lots of talk now.

All of this stuff happens like a Ouija board. We’ll find out as it happens. Hard sell to spin this. Media isn’t even trying.
 
I thought it was over in the first 15 minutes. Had same reaction as many, apparently, namely Biden is toast….

Another veteran Democratic operative texted, “Biden seems to have needed a few minutes to warm up. I wonder if the lack of an audience was the right decision. And poor guy needs a tea. Maybe a whiskey.”

Jay Surdukowski, an attorney and Democratic activist from New Hampshire who co-chaired Martin O’Malley’s 2016 presidential campaign in the state, said, “Biden is toast — calling it now.”
