The Biden Administration and All Things Politics

None of those tweets are loading for me but I just wanted to say that I got a kick out if saying "loading tweet" instead of some kind of "x" nonsense.
Two are about gay men filming their sex in a Senate hearing room, one is dumping on Melania Trump for having a boring Christmas video compared to Jill Biden.

... oh ...

I guess I don't understand. I thought they would be about people being unclassy. Sounds like private videos that got leaked, the likes of which JFK probably would have put to shame with the shenanigans he got up to in the White House if only he had a smart phone camera. Or that Trump would have done in a way that would probably be criminal if he had filmed his intrusions into the Miss America dressing room. But I guess the point is that gay = gross. Trump grabbing them by the 9#$$y is cool because he is a man assaulting lower status women, not two gross consenting adult males celebrating whit is probably their dream jobs in the U.S. government while at the same time finding a compatible partner.

Or are we to believe that only gay men would stoop to having sex in our government buildings as a sort of self-affirmation of their success? Straight men would never be so turned on by their access to the halls of power and influence?

How many trumpers who feel that the 2020 election was corrupt feel that way at least partially because Rudy lied to them about it?

I also encourage you to watch the video because the CNN legal analyst explains how Rudy lied about the case during the press conference today. I know this might shock some people here, but you probably shouldn’t trust liars who lie a lot and aren’t very honest. Especially when they have to pay $150 million dollars for their lies. That’s a lot of money. Lying liars can make you feel like the 2020 election wasn’t fair when in reality it was.

I don't see this as a nothing burger. Shouldn't be doing that **** in a Senate room. Even if others did it first/also.
If I'm going to give bobert **** about her classlessness then these 2 deserve just as much or more criticism. And it has nothing to do with them being gay

Sure. They are probably going to lose their jobs, because although they probably thought they "made it" they are relative nothings in the grand scheme. Bobert is an actual congress person who was hitting a vape and getting her ******* fondled in a place where that is not ok while surrounded by many hundreds of other people.

I agree with you. These kids ****ed up. They are going to pay the price. That's the way the world works and they are going to figure out some hard (no pun intended) lessons.

The Senate staffer, Aidan Maese-Czeropski, was fired but he says that he's in touch with a lawyer and intends to file a lawsuit alleging that he was fired for being gay, or in his exact words "I have been attacked for who I love".

I give that defense and lawsuit a huge eye roll

If I have sex at work and get caught then I 100% expect to be fired.

There was a dude caught jerking it in his car in the parking lot who got fired.

Yet this dude thinks it's ok to have sex at work because he is gay? Nah.

Anyone can file a suit for anything.

Weird. When I first saw posters talking about gay sex, I thought it was in reference to the Moms for Liberty woman who was in a 3 some, sleeping with her husband and another woman. Seems like while she co-founded and attacked the LGBT community in public she was carrying on with another woman in private. More “conservative family values” for ya. To make matters worse, the Moms for Liberty woman had a husband who allegedly raped the woman that his wife was sleeping around with. He’s apparently head of the GOP in Florida and has yet to resign. Pretty raunchy stuff:

His text messages to the woman he allegedly raped are pretty disgusting:

As far as this Christmas thing at the White House, what am I supposed to be angry over?

Well this is stupid

Today’s Republican Party is not the “big tent” party of Ronald Reagan. Instead of making it easy for all Utah Republicans to participate in the candidate selection process, the party is making it more difficult. Instead of welcoming the votes of all Utah Republicans to determine their presidential nominee, the party is saying it wants party activists to control the process and make the decisions.

Today’s party is exclusive enough that, even if you’ve been a loyal Republican your entire life, you don’t get to vote for a presidential nominee unless you can make time to attend a party caucus at a particular place at a particular time. In our high-tech world, the act of voting doesn’t have to be that difficult.

Reagan, a true conservative, welcomed all Americans into the Republican Party. If someone agreed with him 80% of the time, he celebrated the 80%. Many of today’s far-right Republicans would kick someone out of the party over the 20% disagreement. Reagan wasn’t into litmus tests and ideological purity. He welcomed diverse people and opinions.

Luckily for Republicans, the party is so dominant in Utah that it can insult many moderate party members and still win.

Utah GOP officers uses caucus night to indoctrinate voters before they cast a vote. That's their idea of leadership.
If the same were done at the polls, it would be electioneering. If electioneering is wrong at the polls, it is wrong at the caucus meetings.

I think Roseanne Barr might have just jumped to the front of the line to be trumps VP.

She said, “If we don’t stop these horrible Communists — do you hear me, I’m asking you to hear me, Stalinists, Communists, with a huge helping of Nazi fascists thrown in, plus one caliphate! To replace every Christian democracy on Earth now! Occupy! Do you know that?!”
“I just want the truth,” she continued. “We deserve to hear the truth. That’s what we want! We want the truth! We don’t care which party is wrong, we know they’re both nothing but crap! They’re both on the take! They’re both stealing us blind! We just want the truth about everything we fought and died and suffered to protect!”
“We want the truth!” Barr bellowed again.

AmericaFest takes place in various locations around the U.S. This year’s event in Phoenix has been described as “infested with antisemitism” by Rolling Stone.

In June, Barr told podcast host Theo Von, “Nobody died in the Holocaust. That’s the truth. It should happen. Six million Jews should die right now, ‘cause they cause all the problems in the world.”

Other speakers from the conference who have expressed antisemitic views include Jason Whitlock, a host for Blaze Media; former Fox News host Glenn Beck; Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene; and Tucker Carlson. Each have made a number of troubling and outright disturbed claims about Jews. For example, Beck once accused George Soros, a survivor of the Holocaust, of causing the deaths of Jews.

Charlie Kirk, who founded Turning Point USA, has also been accused of repeating antisemitic claims on his podcast.

Wow that is some dishonest reporting. Roseanne Barr is Jewish and has advocated many time on behalf of Israel. Her comment was mocking some of Joe Biden's vote totals and the author of your article omitted a key word to not give his game away. Here is the comment in context:

"The election was not rigged. Thirty-six counties can give you 81 million votes. That’s a fact. Don’t you dare say anything against it or you’ll be off YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and all the other ones. There’s such a thing as the truth and fact and we have to stick to it. That is the truth, and nobody died in the Holocaust either. That’s the truth. It should happen, 6 million Jews should die right now because they cause all the problems in the world but it never happened."

No, uber-Israel supporter Roseanne Barr does not think the Holocaust was a myth, but she also doesn't believe Joe Biden won the 2020 election.

So what she said was actually worse than the quote fishonjazz posted? Or am I missing something?

Changes nothing.
She said a bunch of other crazy **** in the post you quoted, but left out, that should bump her to the front of the line with trump.
He loves crazy ****.

If you judge election denialism as worse, then yes it was worse. If you were trying to paint Roseanne as an anti-Semite then it is a clue that everything else in the article can safety be ignored.

Nope. Roseanne would get too much attention and Trump can’t have that. It is the same reason Vivek Ramaswamy won’t be his VP pick. Trump likes the spotlight on himself at all times. His VP pick will be someone boring. Bank on it.

If we were talking about 2016 trump then I would agree.
Back then he was simply an incompetent, unqualified, classless douchebag.

Now he is all of those things but also unhinged and desperate.

Well I found her comment confusing at first but now I see that it's just a bunch of dumb non-sequiturs that she thinks makes some kind of point. I mean the only way I can take it is that either both the people who think the election was rigged and people who deny the holocaust are dumb and wrong or both groups are right and smart and are being suppressed by the MSM. I get that she isn't saying that, but the only way to do that is to know that the words she is saying are not internally consistent to that point. Sarcasm being fully understood.

Bottom line, she's dumb and has repeatedly over several years expressed completely unhinged behavior.
