If that isn't something that concerns you, maybe this will. I know most leftists are pretty worried about the rights attack on social security. Democrats are at least complacent if not culpable in allowing immigrants to take our jobs and commit fraud on our social security.

Generally I'm a fan of Tyler Durden at HeroHedge, but to be fair, that chart is exactly what you'd expect to see when the unemployment rate is 3.7%. When 96.3% of the existing workforce is already employed and you have job openings, those opening will be filled by new workers. It would be different if the unemployment rate were 10% or more, but it isn't.

this "job growth" is at least partially just a decline in full time jobs and an increase in part time jobs. These aren't "good jobs" being created. The good jobs are decreasing as seen in the layoffs.

Consider this: the BLS reports that in January 2024, the US had 133.1 million full-time jobs and 27.9 million part-time jobs. Well, that's great... until you look back one year and find that in February 2023 the US had 133.2 million full-time jobs, or more than it does one year later! And yes, all the job growth since then has been in part-time jobs, which have increased by 870K since February 2023 (from 27.020 million to 27.890 million)."

The one duty the US Constitution gives the VP is breaking ties in the Senate. I read a while ago that Harris has broken a record number of ties. Seems capable to me.

If these immigrants are documented, they contribute to Social Security and get benefits, the same as the rest of us. If undocumented, they contribute and don't get benefits.

Back in the early 2000s there was a Starship Troopers cartoon. It was pretty trash, but many of the voices sounded like South Park voices even to the point that they seemed to be sarcastic even though the cartoon was dramatic. I always wished they did a follow up to "Team America World Police" with "Team America Galactic Police." I think it could have been amazing.

Yeah, the idea that immigrants take more public benefits than they contribute to, especially undocumented ones, always lets me know I'm talking to a person who doesn't understand how things work.

The bill which is posted is referencing fraud. So fraud would indicate that folks aren't entitled to the benefits, otherwise it wouldn't be fraud. Is that a connection you weren't able to make on your own?

yes this is evidence #1001 that these officials don’t care about my best interests. It’s also evidence to me that the only people they are interested in holding accountable for crimes are mainly American citizens, and more specifically those that oppose them politically.

So, you're looking for for evidence that confirms your suspicions. You're a contrarian sheeple, not a skeptic. Skeptics seek out information that disconfirms their suspicions. Bring the evidence that this is a problem that is bigger than the cost of enforcing this law.
