Trump Gets Surprising News on His Performance From a Shocking Poll

Donald Trump supporters are just making up data now to make him look good.

Results from a “shock” poll shared by one of Donald Trump’s surrogates started trending on X Monday, telling 1.4 million people that the Republican presidential nominee was gaining ground on Vice President Kamala Harris in New Mexico.

But none of it appears to be real.

MAGA ally Richard Grennell, who served as the acting director of national intelligence during Trump’s administration, posted the sourceless numbers to his X account, claiming that Harris only had a three-point lead on the former president in the battleground state. But that alleged narrow lead made light of other recent surveys, including one published in the Albuquerque Journal on Monday, which showed Harris with a nine-point lead, three times more than Grennell suggested.

“Trump surrogates are literally fabricating polls at this point to make their supporters think a victory is inevitable,” wrote Democratic strategist and pollster Matt McDermott in response to Grennell’s post. “No poll shows this in New Mexico.”

Last but not least, Republicans are champs at corruption, had 38 times more criminal convictions than Dems during 1961-2016.

Even trump agrees with the above data: In 2004 interview: Trump said he identified "more as a Democrat." Blitzer asked him to clarify if he meant he was socially liberal. Trump replied: "I've been around a long time. And it just seems the economy does better under the Democrats than under Republicans."

If we’re talking about threats to democracy, you’re focused on the wrong people. You’re completely blind. So against the Deep State, but you’re fine believing “Donald Trump IS the state”. When Trump talks about how his political opponents are “the enemy within’, he is, in essence saying: “I AM the State”. And somehow, you’re unable to even recognize what you’re doing, in solidly backing Trump as the living embodiment of the State. I guess you skipped all your Civics classes….

What's funny is that exit and other polls on previous elections has shown that one side thinking it's "in the bag" can cause people on that side to skip voting, since it's largely a hassle and if they are winning anyway, why bother? So in a way this is self-defeating.

In the clip the lady comes to the door and says you are voting for the devil. Then the home owner TROLLS her saying she, the homeowner, is voting for the moral candidate.

That’s the funny part.

I hope the next 4 years with Trump in office you guys can have some fun and not have so much hate blinding you from fun and interesting conversations.

I always have fun. Life is good. Went for a 25 mile bike ride yesterday out by the legacy highway. Saw a great blue heron, got really close to a fox (highlight of my ride) and caught a snake.

In regards to your "fun and interesting conversations" I will continue to wait.

Twenty-three Nobel Prize-winning economists signed onto the letter, including two of the three most recent recipients.

The letter serves as a stamp of approval for Harris less than two weeks from Election Day on the issue voters consistently rank as the most important in surveys: the economy.

Trump dismissed the group’s letter, and his campaign slammed those who signed on as “worthless out of touch” economists.

The letter points to Trump’s tariff and tax policies as inflationary and likely to balloon the federal deficit – a widely held view among economists. But it also issues a stark warning.

“Among the most important determinants of economic success are the rule of law and economic and political certainty, and Trump threatens all of these,” the economists write.

Trump has promised broad tax cuts beyond his 2017 tax law and promised to abolish taxes on tips, overtime and social security benefits, which analysts say would cost trillions, all as he pointed to tariffs and economic growth as the way to pay for the loss in revenue.

Economists view tariffs as effectively a tax on consumers who buy imported goods.

He has pledged large-scale de-regulation and, as part of the effort, unleash a surge in oil and gas drilling. He has also pledged to deport all illegal immigrants in the US in the “largest deportation operation” in the country’s history.

The Federal Reserve has started cutting interest rates. Employment data for September showed hiring picked up, a dropping unemployment rate and strong wage growth.

Retails sales also remain durable.

The economic picture, at least based on the macroeconomic data, is one that appears robust.

“Simply put, Harris’s policies will result in a stronger economic performance, with economic growth that is more robust, more sustainable, and more equitable,” the economists write.

But don't trust nobel prize winning economists, just trust trump who knows more about everything than anyone.

You know, a big part of the problem is social media has turned everyone into extreme cynics with an endless echo chamber and confirmation bias, and Trump has tapped into that perceived counter-cultural revolution in a way never done before. He embraces false evidence and promotes all the conspiracies which makes the gullible people feel vindicated. So yeah, the last sentence is true, to a big chunk of the population.

Remember it is far easier to fool people than convince them they have been fooled.

Not shocking. Trump has called Milley and Kelly stupid for years, even before he left office. A bit of clap-back from the moron twins right before the election should be no surprise to anyone, especially after the Congressional Oversight Committee earlier this year made Milley answer for his incompetence that resulted in the deaths of 13 service members and abandonment of large quantities of US military hardware in Afghanistan.


I guess you can only handles so much "Trump was right about you being a moron in over his head" before retorting with the lamest "oh yeah? well Trump is a fascist. So there."

Whatever. Milley and Kelly are morons who got people killed and made us less safe. If you want them on your side, you can have them.

Yeah, this is nothing more than sheer desperation meant to rile up the other anti-Trump cult and to no surprise, it's worked. Kelly has historically been an anti-Trumper, this news is nothing new but propaganda. This dude was responsible for one of the biggest military failures in our history when he, Milley, and Biden surrendered Afghanistan.

As I said though...MSM knew the cult would eat this up when you people who've paid attention knew this dude hated Trump long ago. He waits 2 week before the election...

Exactly!! I could not agree more with this statement. Calling anything "fascist" or "like Hitler" in 2024 only broadcasts how devoid of substance the speaker's argument is. The terms have long lost any connection to 1930's Italian governing principle or the historical figure leading Germany around that same time. It is nothing but a rhetorical device intended to scare off questioning of a statement, and it is desperate. It is the equivalent of a tiny dog barking incessantly to show how ferocious it is so you better not attack it. If they have to use "fascist" and "like Hitler", they've got nothing. We know they've got nothing. They know they've got nothing. They've got nothing. If they had substance, they'd being using it.
