100% dirty play and the NBA needs to fine him for that.

TJ warren on dante or Paul Pierce on Alec Burks looked a lot more dangerous than this and there were no repercussions to those guys so I doubt anything will happen here.

TJ Warren is an idiot but Waiter's move was even worse. He didn't just roll into Rudy's knee, he purposely propelled himself into it. I'm surprised it didn't total Rudy's knee with the force of it.

Agree, Waiters was more intentional and didn't involve a play on the ball like the others, though the others were more serious.

Where's the outrage from the "brotherhood" about looking after each other's well being and calling out dirty play like what happened with Delly ??

I don't think that Waiters intended to hurt Gobert. It wasn't an actual thought, I don't think. But he clearly changed momentum and direction to take Gobert completely out of the play. It was reckless and should have been a flagrant foul IMO.

If this happened to KD, AD, LBJ ... well you get the point, there would be media outrage I guarantee it. Like most have said I don't think he set out to hurt or injure Gobert but he definitely ran into him on purpose to keep him from going after the ball.

Most injuries in any sport aren't done with intent, just like the majority of fouls aren't meant, that doesn't change the fact that it happened and since Burks' broken leg by Pierce the Jazz have had more than their fair share of "unintentional" and questionable plays resulting in injuries.

I think it was intentional and dirty. But it's the Jazz, so the NBA doesn't give 2 ****s if it was. They won't do anything about it.
