The average NBA career is only 4.5 years, so the fact that these guys are still playing is pretty good.
There are 60 new players drafted every year + undrafted players that make rosters - drafted players that don't make rosters. I don't know how many players retire each year, but I don't think it's too many. That leaves a lot of players that are forced out of the NBA every year.
I can't claim property on Butler island, but I'm also getting pretty good turnover on my properties on the two other.
The insurance prices on Exum Island must be sky high
It's a long-term investment.

Funny blunder related to that... only 4 hours before Shams announced that Philly is signing him Marc Stein reported that Walker is staying in Lithuania for the remainder of this season.
