He plays well enough and the Nuggets will figure out how to keep him. They could match and then trade off a lesser core-piece. We’re probably already there.
Doesn’t mean we shouldn’t throw the max at him as the first order of business in free agency.

And yeah, max. Nuggets match and that’s painful for a divisional rival. There are too many teams with cap space and not a lot of viable targets either. He also fits what we need to a T. Gotta be aggressive, and should do something with this cap space that was so precious that we left Walker flapping in the wind.

Have you been tracking this at all? He’s ****ing Western Conference Player of the Month since Jokic went down. His production has been bonkers.
