The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

Don't understand what this means Please explain further Probably simple but I don't get it :confused::confused::confused:

The theory is:

- Players care about their per game stats because it helps them get recognition and money. In order to maximize per game stats, players want to play as many minutes as possible.

- More minutes = more injuries.

- If better measurements of impact were used, like per possession stats then there would not be an award/money incentive to play more minutes. In fact per possession and other impact stats might be optimized by less minutes.

- Less minutes = less injuries.

OK Got it Thanks ;):):):):)

Exactly. Thanks you.
I don't follow college ball much at all but I was already saying he looks really good and thinking about his NBA future before he was even being thought of as a first round pick.
I don't bring up any non BYU players in the middle of a college bball season ever. But I did with Edey. Not many dudes are that big. And he was pretty skilled as well. Seemed to me like an NBA player at the time.

Looks like you, and Cy, were right about Zach Edey. I thought he was an intriguing prospect before the draft, but I wasn't entirely sure about him. He’s too much to handle around the basket and moves pretty well for his size. Also shows great effort. Runs across the court like a sprinter to defend the rim.

How much better would American's health outcomes be if they stopped consuming processed sugar?

Both of our questions might be fun to speculate about, but they both sit squarely in the realm of the impossible.
Stop consuming processed sugar? You shut your filthy whore mouth!
