He's not on the trade block yet but Indiana sits at 10th in the East with their only real prospect of hope being Miles Turner.
If they decide to do a full rebuild around Turner it might be a good way for the Jazz to consolidate some of their assets into a better player.
It will depend on how confident Indiana is in resigning him in a year, he only has one year left. Could be an interesting situation to monitor.

Assuming both Lillard and PG13 were available due to their respective teams underperforming, who would you prefer the Jazz trade for?

The player who is having a better season than both of them: George Hill.

Hill isn't flashy, but he's a two-way player who busts out a pair of gigantic cajones in the 4th quarter. Those others wouldn't come cheap. The asking price would be at least two starters. Why even think of giving up assets when Hill is already on the team, is playing at an all-star level and can be likely be re-signed for less?
