One the big problems I see with the Jazz as of late is the inconsistency of the rotation. Part of it has been injuries but at the same time Sloan needs to just pick a rotation and stick to it too a point. Nothing wrong with playing the hot hand or playing a guy to spark the team. The way I see it Hayward should start for Raja. When Memo returns he should get all the minutes at the 5 and 4. And Earl should be the back-up point guard period.
