Superman and Hulk should have nothing to fear from *zombies. Other heroes like Captain America and Batman would have to watch out as their skin would get broken from a bite.

Edit: normal zombies* Super zombies are another matter.

u do know that if a zombie bites batman, that zombie becomes a BATMAN!.

when a zombie bites batman, batman does not become a zombie. if you wanna know why because "HE IS BATMAN"
