trade idea Felton for Harris

Last night showed both of these players need a change. Portland was after Harris last year, both have lost there coaches confidence, and they both have a year left. He can't be any worse harris

I would do that in a second. For that matter, I'd also be okay with simply giving them Harris with nothing in return.

Portland actually wants to run an offense.
They run a lot because they can, and Harris would go a long way in messing that up too.

Who would trade FOR Harris right now?

Have they not been watching this entire NBA season?

If I'm KOC, I'd trade Harris for a late first rounder and a bag of chips. However, I don't see any GMs idiotic enough to take on Harris.

3 team trade Utah/Boston/Portland

Utah trades Harris and Al and GS pick
Receives Rondo and Oneal
Boston trades Rondo and Oneal and their first round pick
Receives Felton, Al and GS pick
Portland trades Felton
Receives Harris and Boston's first round pick

I think boston would do it cause they get a good pg for rondo a post player in Al and a possible pick in this years deep draft!

Portland does it cause the get a more uptempo pg and another pick in this draft .

Utah does it cause its Rondo!!

No one is going to want Harris. I say bench his ***. You can tell he doesn't want to be on the floor. Why not let him have what he wants.

Felton is basically the same as Harris.

Both don't have any range, both are decently athletic, neither is very good at passing or running an offense.

I guess I would do it because both seem like they need a change in scenery, but I wouldn't expect any great results. They are similar players, only Felton is a streakier shooter who is capable of getting hot from outside.

as bad as Felton is playing, ill swap them just to get out of Harris' contract for 12-13...

A mild improvement I'd prefer would be Calderon. And it appeared Toronto was interested a little while ago. At least a Toronto beat writer was.

I also kinda like Hinrich. But Atlanta doesn't want Harris.

So maybe the draft is the best option.

There isn't a true PG I'd take in the lottery this year. As I said in another thread, trade down and grab Marshall or just draft Rivers as the best shooting/scoring combo guard.
