Conley/Rudy for Murray/PoeltlWe probably did and would do that in a second imo.
Get your Parker/Duncan back Pop and try to compete your last couple of seasons. Tanking is for the birds.

Unfortunately true. It's honestly hard to project any roster without Rudy in the playoffs, imo.
A Rudy trade in theory also brings back multiple pieces who would project as starters. So if you trade him you also have to make other moves and basically rebuild the whole roster. Unless you’re taking Collins/Capela.Unfortunately true.
Depends on the coach more than anything. We could keep the exact same roster and miss the playoffs. It's honestly hard to project any roster without Rudy in the playoffs, imo.
If we trade Rudy the only player that's a lock to be here and in the starting 5 is Donovan. The team will look completely different, tough to win with a completely new roster and a new (very likely rookie) head coach.
They won't have cap flexibility until next offseason if they move Burks/Noel and sign Brunson. If they give RJ Barrett a big extension a Don/RJ swap wouldn't be hard to do financially. My wild idea with no regard for cap space etc: trade Don to NY for Barret +filler and Bogie to Atlanta for Collins somehow. Keep Gobert and keep Conley for his veteran leadership, bring back House and possibly Juancho. Start Conley, House, Barrett, Collins and Rudy. A younger, bigger line up with better defense and more flexibility (Collins as small ball center for example). JC, Royce and possibly Juancho off the bench. Butler backs up Conley who needs to be load managed anyway. When Barrett is up for his extension next year, we trade Conley and Butler steps in.
Yowza… good luck SA cuz that’s more than the Jrue package there. I could see an alternative deal as a couple firsts and Okongwu if they take the Charlotte pick as one of the picks. I wonder if the rumors are more from Murray’s camp trying to get out and Spurs are like “sure but we want the Jrue package”.Per LJ Ellis of Spurs Talk, the only player San Antonio actually wants from Atlanta is Onyeka Okongwu. Also, despite BR’s Jake Fischer reporting that the Spurs are looking for three first-rounders in a possible deal for Murray, that’s also false. Ellis notes Gregg Popovich’s squad would take no less than four unprotected first-round picks. There’s talk that the Spurs are looking to trade Murray for three first round draft picks. I’m told that is incorrect. San Antonio’s asking price for Murray is four first round draft picks with little to no protections. Alternatively, the Spurs want three minimally protected first rounders and two unprotected first round pick swaps.

I don't think the Spurs have been actively shopping him but the Hawks have continued to call on him so they've just asked for a return that basically takes everyone out of he running for him.Yowza… good luck SA cuz that’s more than the Jrue package there.
