Al deserves about 2 months to see if he is willing to give the young guys a chance. Also, he needs to show much much better defense. You can't win games when you score 20 points and you give up 30.

I agree. We need to give Jefferson another year before we trade him. Let his stock rise.

If we wait a full year and his value remains the same, do we become like Denver with Carmello in that we'd then have to trade him in the last year of his contract and what we'd get back at that point may be 50% of what we'd get if we traded him in January of the upcoming season?
