One thing that has been a constant annoyance for me is not signing these types of deals to multi year minimums with the second year non-guaranteed. I’m fairly certain we could have done it with House… this one won’t hurt us at all unless Forrest has some miraculous 20 point playoff game so whatever but it should be a standard practice when signing guys to the minimum.
