Tropic thunder, 10 years later

I just watched tropic thunder again after 10 years. saw it in cinema first time it came out.

i was roling on the ground laughing. if this movie was made today. those actors careers would be over. it is literally robert downey jr in blackface!

I have attempted to watch Tropic Thunder maybe a dozen times over the years. I get usually about 1/4 of the way through, maybe 1/3, and I end up falling asleep or getting distracted or just turning it off and going to bed. Probably just not my cup of tea I suppose. Don't find it particularly funny or engaging. The premise is solid, but imo the execution could have been better.
