Digital signatures and autopen are normal BUT there must be some indication the person whose signature is represented initiated the signing. With DocuSign, that happens in the signing in to the account. With autopen, that is in communications from the President. The first use of an autopen by a US President was in 2011, and there is a clear chain of communication. With the Biden pardons, there is nothing to indicate Biden initiated anything, or even knew about it.
The power of issuing pardons is given to the President, not to any schmo with access to an autopen machine. If Biden was the one who signed off on those pardons through directing autopen be used, then the pardons are legitimate. If, on the other hand, the pardons were initiated by staffers who abused their access to an autopen machine then the pardons should be rightfully voided.

Activist judges? lol. They're saying that judges have no authority to interfere with who Trump wants to deport (which is false). Trump is acting as judge, jury, and executioner. They're saying they don't need due process. Trump decides who's a criminal. He deports whoever he wants. Laws are irrelevant.

You are mistaken if you think Trump believes the courts don't have the authority to interfere. The Trump administration complied with the court order. That is why all the articles you link are very specific with the term "verbal order". The deportation flights has already left US territory, and the court order did not order them to be turned around. The judge during the hearing said something to that effect, but it is not what the judge verbally says that is binding. It is the court order that counts, and the court order in this case was complied with to the letter.
