Trump has lots of dirty laundry. Those who support his policies do not care because they have become inured to the fact that the left and the media are going to look the other way when it comes to leftist wrongdoing and they are going to attempt to bring the hammer down whenever the believe someone on the right has made a misstep. Republican politicians who fear the wrath of the left have been castrated and mowed over by the left so often that conservatives have PTSD. A guy like Trump is certainly not the the type of candidate that Republicans would prefer, but given the fact that so many others have been so ineffective and he has been so productive it shouldn't surprise anyone that his base is very happy with him. It's stunning that he continues to make progress in the face of the relentless headwind that he has faced since before his presidency began.

Also, in your post you say Trump isn't who Republicans prefer but I see many Republicans talk about Trump like he is a God and say he is the greatest president of all time.

Bill Clinton was a major douchebag, but his supporters (who are many of the same people who despise Trump) taught us that douchebaggery in a president doesn't matter as long as the president is effective at promoting the agenda you believe in.

I see from your response to the Horowitz report post that you don't even care that the basis for the entire Trump/Russia investigation, and all of the slander that was committed against Trump in the name of that fiasco, is a completely unverified fabrication. The source of all of that information has clearly admitted that he stands behind none of it, but the left wing media and the Trump Haters like yourself clearly do not care. I wonder how you would react to being slandered so continually and viciously. You're probably being honest that you don't recognize how political your bias is, but in the context of American political behavior I find your criticisms to be highly biased.

Religions bring out the best and the worst in people. That said, if someone gives **** about Catholic priests molesting young boys it's heard or people make jokes about it. If someone gives **** about Mormons and someone putting a "no masterbaiting or you'll be in violation" flyer in a BYU dorm's it's heard and people are upset about it.

Not only do I not care about the politics of the people you mention, I don't even know what their politics are.

I do know that just this week Trump got busted for fraud with 8 charities and had a Twitter beef with a 16 year old girl and had an ad comparing himself to a comic book character that killed like 8 billion people (it was the bad guy of the movie) and actually died at the end.
