Two Way Players

What is their contract status? We and every other team has two two way players. Are they property of their respective teams, unrestricted free agents or restricted free agents. I'm assuming all of these guys are on non-guaranteed contracts but I might be wrong.

Two way players dont count against the cap and their contracts are pretty insignificant so they are easily waived at any time.

2 way players are restricted from going to other teams while under contract. The contract locks them in for a defined commitment period. Many agents are not crazy about these contracts since their hands are tied if another team wants to "call them up"
