Garuba just got released too. I'm intrigued a bit there but he might just suck. I just think with everything going on in Houston that it would be very hard for their lower tier prospects to have success. He wouldn't play with the varsity squad buy might become the switchy 5 you want to changeup when you have a guy like Walker?

I'd be more interested in Garuba than TyTy.

Same. Though there’s another logjam there. But I could see him having a Biyombo-esque arc where he both needs reps but also needs to not be on a total loser to shine.

When you’re a garbage man playing 10 minutes a game on a perennial 20-win team, ain’t no one watching.

That being said, he hasn’t been terrible in the minutes he’s played.

Garuba is a tough, defensive PF, but he just hasn't developed offensively. I think someone will pick him up on a 2-way.
