But we aren't defending Harden. We are giving him the floater or kick out. And remember, Harden was a bench player and took a few years to emerge.Harden has been the Jazz' defensive focal point and he's completely dismantled the Jazz, it's a shame Donovan hasn't even shown a glimpse of doing that yet but I still have hope he'll figure it out for at least one game before the series ends.
He wouldn't be seeing minutes. If houston had kept him, jazz wld probably be having a better series right now
Dude. He would be slowing down the offense He wants post ups from 15 feet out. He wouldn't see the floor in this offenseYou could imagine whatever you want, I deal in reality. If Melo (NCAA Champion, Olympic gold medal champion, 24 points per game...) were on Houston right now, Adam Silver would be implementing a slaughter rule to stop this massacre of the Jazz.
That's literally how the Jazz are defending him because they don't want to give him everything so they're choosing to let him have the kick out and floater lol. It's the entire premise behind the Bucks-esque gameplan for him in the first place. But we aren't defending Harden. We are giving him the floater or kick out. Yes that was my initial point re: Harden and Mitchell both being the focal points of the oppositions defense but one is struggling while the other is completely dominating the game. And it’s working just swimmingly.
